What counts as a site?
A site is one WordPress install where you activate your license. Pro covers 1 site, Agency covers 10. You can move a license from one site to another by deactivating it first.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch between Pro and Agency?
Yes. Email contact@techgic.com and we’ll help you change plans.
What happens if my license expires?
You get a 7-day grace period with a reminder to renew. After that, Pro features stop working until you renew. The free features keep working.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
